Description
The TRAX B safety post is designed to be used as an anchoring point to prevent three people from falling from a height at the same time.
It was developed for the purpose of securing people working on flat roofs. It is fixed to the reinforced concrete substrate of min. class C20/25 (B25) with chemical mortar – recommended Hilti or Fischer. The minimum anchorage depth is 125 mm.
Mounting holes should only be drilled in load-bearing structural concrete! Do not perform anchoring in screed, leveling concrete, aerated concrete etc.!
On the post there is a fastening point with a swivel allowing 360° rotation in all directions. This prevents the formation of loops when the safety line is fastened.
The TRAX B safety post is made entirely of stainless steel (material 1.4301). The total maximum height of the post is 1000 mm. Pole diameter ø 16 mm – VA, Injection mortar is a separate product. The TRAX B post meets the requirements of the standard for anchoring devices EN795, class A/C and CEN / TS 16415.
