Delivery of goods in RoofTeh warehouse

Delivery of goods in RoofTeh warehouse is free of charge. You can find out the opening hours of the store here.

If you choose to receive the product in RoofTeh warehouse, the product will be prepared within 1-3 working days, unless another delivery time is specified for the goods, for example, pre-order. We will notify you by e-mail about the time of receipt of the goods. We ask you to remove the ordered product within 3 working days from the receipt of the confirmation.

To receive the product, you must have an identity document, passport or ID, and an order number. If your order is removed by another person, please notify us in advance. If the buyer is a legal entity, a power of attorney must be carried.

Delivery of goods to parcel terminals

If you have chosen to deliver the goods to Omniva, DPD, Latvijas Pasts parcel terminals, they will be delivered within 1-3 working days, unless a different delivery time is specified for the selected product (s).

Delivery of the order to the Omniva parcel terminal is possible only if the goods do not exceed the specified shipment dimensions (39 x 38 x 64) and weight (up to 30 kg).

Delivery of the order to the DPD parcel terminal can be ordered if the goods do not exceed the specified shipment dimensions (61 x 44 x 37 cm) and weight (up to 31 kg Latvia / Estonia, up to 20 kg Lithuania).

Delivery to the parcels of Latvijas Pasts can be ordered if the goods do not exceed the specified dimensions (38 x 38 x 58 cm) and weight (up to 31 kg).

The cost of the service can vary from € 1.99 to € 6.99, depending on the service provider.

Home delivery

If you have chosen to deliver the goods by weight or at a fixed rate, your shipment will be delivered within 1-3 working days, unless another delivery time is specified for the goods. Sorry, the exact delivery time is not specified. When ordering, you can leave an indication of the desired delivery time in the comments section.

Costs for home delivery

The cost of delivery of the goods depends on the place of delivery and the total weight of the goods. Please, see actual inforamtion during order process.

Delivery of goods with manipulator

The delivery of certain goods, such as concrete or clay tiles, can be done with the possibility of unloading on site using the services of a manipulator. When choosing this delivery method, a sales specialist will contact you and specify the cost of the service and possible delivery dates.

Free delivery

Free shipping may be granted in some cases as part of promotions. Such shares are announced in advance, with additional conditions. Free delivery can only be used during the promotions specified in the information booklet.

Payment by bank card

Payment for the ordered goods in the RoofTeh warehouse at Šmerļa Street 3, 114D office, Riga, upon receipt of confirmation of the completed goods.

Direct bank payment

Direct bank payment from your bank account. We use Montonio and Makecommerce payment methods for this service.

Montonio offers payment solutions for e-commerce throughout the Baltics. We currently support payment links for the following banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, LHV, Coop, Šiaulių Bankas, Medicinos Bankas, Nordea and OP.

How to make payments with Montonio or MakeCommerce?

1. Select a service provider.

2. Choose your bank and register with it as usual.

3. Confirm the payment with the chosen authentication method. Montonio and MakeCommerce are secure and do not store your data.

With Bank transfer

After successful confirmation of the order, a prepayment invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you. The transfer is made to the bank account indicated on the invoice. When paying the invoice, the advance invoice number is indicated in order to ensure the confirmation of your order as soon as possible.
