Description

The steel chimney sweep bench bracket is intended for mounting the chimney sweep bench on roofs covered with panel sheets with a seam with a lock height of up to 32 mm.
The support for the seam panel sheet enables the installation of chimney sweeps without making holes in the roofing.
The bracket connects to the chimney sweep bench and the chimney sweep’s connectors (if we want to create longer communication routes) creating a complete roof communication set.
Chimney sweeps are used for safe movement on the roofing and allow you to get to hard-to-reach places on the roof.

Material:

3 mm galvanized steel, hot-dip galvanized steel mounting bolts

3 mm galvanized steel DX51 Z275 is used for the production of the chimney sweep bracket for the seam sheet.
The steel is covered with a zinc layer to protect it against mechanical damage and corrosion.
The greatest advantage of zinc coatings is the protection of steel for many years, and at the same time it does not require maintenance.
The bracket of the chimney sweep is screwed together with hot-dip galvanized steel screws.

Powder Coating:

Powder coating is dry painting, which involves applying powdered paint to the elements using high pressure.
The advantages of this method over other methods of painting metal elements are:
– temperature resistance up to 100 degrees Celsius
– protection against moisture
– protection against UV radiation
– anti-corrosion properties
– the possibility of using a wide range of colors for painting

Finish:
