PRODUCT DATA
To guarantee air and wind-tightness for the skin of a construction it must have the appropriate foils or panel materials providing a permanent seal at overlaps, gaps, joints and penetration points. TIMBERFLEX Sealing Plaster is tear-resistant with adhesive generously applied, and is suitable for a variety of bonding applications.

PROCESSING GUIDELINE

The materials used must be free from dust and grease and substrates must be dry and supporting.
The greater the pressure applied, the better the performance of the adhesive tape.
Sealing Plaster has the function of sealant and not of a firm connector (No permanent tensile stresses may act on the bonded joints – e.g. if the drill cores of OSB boards are re-inserted, they must be mechanically fixed). The pure acrylate adhesive used does not contain resins or other additives that could cause the adhesive film to become brittle and therefore this product is extremely resistant to ageing.
